Mental Health; Means What Exactly?

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  Leading by example, I figured this would be a good day to set aside my vulnerability and invite you into my 'home' for a quick discussion about privacy, critical thinking, and minding your manners when discussing someone else's health.

Welcome

The truth is not eloquent.  Everything about you, from what you know to what you believe, is rooted in recycled material.  The knowledge you possess, the skills you've acquired, and the leadership you display is a result of your lived and learned experiences through engagement with others.  There is no shame in acknowledging you did not invent that which you subscribe too.  There is also no need to apology for the majestic being you created as a result called YOU.
My Soul then rests in a 'home' built upon a foundation of experiences, information, and interactions with others both directly and indirectly.  As such, no single person (or expert) can claim ownership of my thoughts, beliefs, and authority on how I should properly engage with the world.  Define for yourself what is 'mentally healthy', open your 'home' to others as you see fit, and humble yourself to receive feedback if your safety or the safety of others is at risk.
