When it was understood to be intentional it was labeled as solitary. Behaviors lead to labels not the other way around. Find a way to exhibit your Leadership by demonstrating your people still matter whether together or apart. The Intersection of Lived and Learned experiences do not require physical contact to have conflict.

Morning Meditation: After a careful examination of my current thoughts and beliefs, I have come to realize I am more read, more informed, in better shape, more Spiritual, and more connected than I was two weeks ago. Personally, I am both amazed and ashamed that it took a Pandemic for me to experience this. Professionally, I can't help but advise those who expect things to go back to normal to revisit that mindset.

What happens when the enabled experience success in self-sufficiency?
